I don’t know if anyone else has found this out or not.  I couldn’t find the answer anywhere through my friend Google.  Here goes…I recently bought the RX-V661, and I have a 37″ Vizio TV.  The codes in the Yamaha manual for Vizio (or Visio) TVs don’t work.  I found one that does:
20178.
Controls volume, channel, and power.
